These Booking Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, the information contained in your
booking confirmation, and any other written information we brought to your attention before
confirming your booking, form the basis of your contract with Algerian Adventure Ltd (“we”,
“us”, “our”).
Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations.
When you make a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1.1 “The Company” refers to Algerian Adventure Ltd, a UK registered company operating
under membership with Protected Trust Services (PTS).
1.2 “The Client” or “You” means the person(s) named on the booking confirmation.
1.3 “Force Majeure” refers to any event beyond our control, including but not limited to war,
terrorism, pandemics, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
1.4 “Services” refers to the travel arrangements booked with us, including tours,
accommodation, transfers, and related activities.
2.1 A booking is confirmed when we issue a confirmation invoice. At that point, a contract
arises between you and Algerian Adventure Ltd.
2.2 The person making the booking (“lead passenger”) confirms they are over 18, have the
authority to bind all members of the party, and accept responsibility for full payment.
2.3 All communications will be sent to the lead passenger.
3.1 A non-refundable deposit of 15 % (as advised at time of booking) is required.
3.2 The balance must be paid no later than 60 days before departure.
3.3 If full payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking
and retain deposits.
3.4 Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods specified
during booking.
3.5 Payments are held in a PTS Trust Account until your travel is completed, in accordance
with UK Package Travel Regulations.
4.1 Algerian Adventure Ltd is a member of Protected Trust Services (PTS)
4.2 All client funds are held in an independently managed trust account and safeguarded by
independent trustees and accountants.
4.3 This provides full financial protection in the event of our insolvency.
5.1 Prices are calculated at the time of booking and confirmed in writing.
5.2 We reserve the right to increase prices due to:
Transport costs (including fuel surcharges)
Taxes, fees, or charges (e.g., airport or port fees)
Exchange rate fluctuations
5.3 If the increase exceeds 8% of the total cost, you may accept the change, cancel with a
full refund, or transfer to another tour.
6.1 It is a condition of booking that you have adequate travel insurance covering medical
expenses, repatriation, personal liability, and cancellation.
6.2 You must provide us with your insurer’s details prior to travel.
6.3 We accept no liability for costs incurred due to your failure to obtain appropriate cover.
7.1 All cancellation requests must be made in writing by the lead passenger.
7.2 Cancellation charges (calculated from the date we receive notice) are:
More than 60 days: deposit only
59–30 days: 50% of total price
29–15 days: 75% of total price
14 days or less: 100% of total price
7.3 You may transfer your booking to another person at least 25 days before departure,
subject to any supplier charges.
8.1 We may make minor changes to itineraries, accommodation, or services, which do not
materially affect your holiday.
8.2 If a significant change is necessary (e.g., change of destination or departure date), you
will be offered:
An alternative arrangement, or
A full refund
8.3 We may cancel a tour if minimum numbers are not reached, in which case a full
refund will be provided.
9.1 We cannot accept liability or pay compensation for events beyond our control, including:
War, riots, or civil unrest
Natural disasters, fire, flood, or extreme weather
Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies
Industrial disputes or strikes
Government actions or restrictions
9.2 In such cases, we will offer assistance and alternative arrangements where possible
but cannot provide refunds.
10.1 You must follow the instructions of our staff, guides, and suppliers.
10.2 We reserve the right to remove clients from tours if behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or
offensive, without refund.
11.1 Passports and Visas It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport
and any required visas or documentation for travel to Algeria.
11.2 please note that if you are planning on making your own flight arrangements, we
recommend that you first check with us to see if the trip is guaranteed. We then suggest that
you purchase flights that are flexible and ideally refundable as due to the nature of adventure
travel, itineraries and destination accessibility can change at any time. For more information,

11.3 visa on arrival please note that Letters of Invitation can only be issued when pre and post
tour arrangements are booked through us This is because our local agency in Algeria acts as
your sponsor during your visit. Unfortunately, obtaining a Letter of Invitation becomes
impossible if independent travel arrangements are made outside of the services we offer. We
kindly recommend speaking with a member of our team before finalising any travel plans to
ensure all necessary documentation can be secured.
11.4 You are responsible for ensuring that you are medically fit to travel.
11.5 You must declare any medical conditions or disabilities that may affect your
participation.
11.5 Local safety standards may differ from those in the UK; clients participate at their own
risk.
12.1 If a problem arises during your holiday, you must inform your guide or local
representative immediately.
12.2 If not resolved, you must submit a written complaint within 14 days of return.
12.3 If unresolved, disputes may be referred to PTS’ Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme.
13.1 We accept responsibility for services booked with us, except where failures are due to:
Your own actions or negligence
Actions of third parties unconnected with your booking
Events beyond our control (Force Majeure)
13.2 Our liability is limited in accordance with international conventions (e.g., Montreal
Convention for air travel, Athens Convention for sea travel).
14.1 Certain services (e.g., flights, hotels, excursions) are provided by independent suppliers,
each operating under their own terms and conditions.
14.2 We are not liable for acts or omissions of these suppliers.
15.1 Flight bookings are made via third-party ATOL holders.
15.2 You will be issued an ATOL certificate where required.
15.3 We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or denied boarding beyond our control.
16.1 Excursions or activities booked locally are not part of your contract with us.
16.2 We are not responsible for their operation, safety, or performance.
17.1 You may be photographed or filmed during tours.
17.2 Unless you object in writing, these images may be used for our marketing purposes.
18.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK data protection law.
18.2 We will only share data with suppliers and partners where necessary to deliver your
services.
19.1 These terms are governed by English law.
19.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and
Wales.
