These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Algerian Adventure  to clients . By booking or purchasing services through us, you agree to these terms. 

  1. Booking and Payments 

1.1 Deposit and Full Payment-

 A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total package price is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

- The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the departure date. 

1.2 Payment Methods

- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods specified during booking. 

1.3 Late Payments- Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.

  1. Cancellation and Refunds 

2.1 Cancellation by You

- If you cancel your booking:  

- More than 30 days before departure: 75% refund.

 Between 20 and 30 days: 40 % refund.  

– Less than 20 days No refund. 

2.2 Cancellation by Us

- In rare cases, we may cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such instances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to an alternative date. 

  1. Changes to Bookings 

3.1 By You

- Changes to your booking (dates or package modifications) must be requested in writing. We will accommodate where possible but cannot guarantee changes. Additional fees may apply. 

3.2 By Us- We reserve the right to make minor changes to the itinerary due to weather, safety, or logistical reasons. Significant changes will be communicated in advance. 

  1. Travel Requirements 

4.1 Passports and Visas

- It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport and any required documents for travel to Algeria. 

4.2 Health and Insurance- You must have adequate travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical expenses, and personal belongings. 

 5.1 Your Responsibilities

- You are responsible for adhering to local laws, customs, and regulations during your travel.- Any damage to property or misconduct during the tour will be your responsibility.

 5.2 Our Responsibilities

- We ensure our services are provided with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not liable for:  

- Losses or delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or transportation issues). 

 – Injuries, illnesses, or accidents during the tour unless caused by our negligence. 

  1. Activities and Risks

- Some activities (e.g., desert camping, 4x4 adventures) involve inherent risks. You participate at your own risk. We strongly advise following safety instructions provided by our guides. 

  1. Privacy Policy

- We collect personal data (e.g., names, contact details) solely for booking and service purposes. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required for your travel arrangements. 

  1. Complaints and Disputes

- If you have a complaint during your tour, please notify our representative immediately.

- Unresolved complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the tour’s end.- These terms are governed by the laws of England.

  1. Acceptance of Terms
